BOSA

BOSA is the future-forward electronic project of producer and musician Stephan Jacobs, exploring the space between the inner world and the dancefloor. Rooted in house music, BOSA combines meticulously crafted electronic production with world-inspired percussion, organic textures, and immersive field recordings gathered through global travels. Driven by deep, pulsating basslines and euphoric soundscapes, BOSA’s music balances dancefloor energy with moments of reflection and exploration. Ancestral influences, live instrumentation, and organic recordings add depth and dimensionality, creating a sonic journey that bridges ancient traditions with futuristic electronic production. With a distinctive fusion of organic elements and cutting-edge production, BOSA has developed a sound that is both immersive and deeply physical—music designed to move the body while inviting listeners somewhere beyond it. The BOSA project began as a collaboration with drummer and vocalist Sunev, who contributed drums, percussion, vocals, and creative input to some of the project’s earliest songs. The two eventually went their separate ways due to personal differences, with Stephan continuing to develop BOSA as a solo project and shaping its production, sound, and creative direction.

SIA - Towards the Sun (BOSA Remix)

I’m excited to share my official remix of SIA’s 'Towards the Sun,' a track from a special project bringing together electronic artists to reimagine her incredible music for the dance floor. When I found out that SIA and her husband vibed with my music, it was a surreal moment, and being invited to contribute to this project was an absolute honor. This remix blends my signature BOSA sound with her powerful vocals, creating a unique take on her iconic track. It’s been an exciting journey, and I’m looking forward to sharing more of what’s in the works soon!
